Yes, for single orders (Basic) our minimum order quantity is 25 pieces.

In principle, 50% down payment applies to new customers and 50% within 14 days after delivery. Existing customers have the option of ordering on account if the order value is less than CHF 10,000.

For unisex products, a person who is 180 tall normally wears size M, for a fitted fit size S and for an oversized fit size L. The products are cut a little narrower, for a little more width we recommend one size larger. Women's products are cut a little narrower and more fitted. For a very specific size selection, we recommend our sample box.

There are various factors, with the number of pieces having the greatest influence. Motifs can be produced with transfer printing in stock, which increases the number of pieces and lowers the price. Furthermore, the motif size and motif variation influence the price.

The motifs should be vector graphics (e.g. .ai or .eps). The motifs must also be of good quality (at least 300dpi) to ensure high print quality. If the motifs are not sufficient, we will optimize them accordingly for a surcharge.

You can deliver your own textiles, but the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.

Production generally takes 3-4 weeks. For very large orders, however, it may take a little longer.

Photos and color gradients can be printed using the DTG printing process.

We will cover the shipping costs for Switzerland for you.

Customized products cannot be returned if you do not like the products or if the colors and sizes differ slightly.
